ConnectAndDo is a platform for genuine human connection through shared activities. When using our platform, you agree not to:
We take safety seriously. Violating these rules will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
You own your content. Photos, bio text, and messages you create belong to you. By uploading content to ConnectAndDo, you grant us a limited license to display it within the platform (your profile, matches' views, etc.).

Use common sense and prioritize your personal safety. Meet in public places, tell a friend where you're going, and trust your instincts.
Creating an account and matching on ConnectAndDo is free. You are responsible for any costs related to the activities themselves (class fees, equipment rentals, etc.) which are paid directly to the activity provider.
The ConnectAndDo name, logo, design, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
If you have a dispute with ConnectAndDo, we'd prefer to resolve it directly. Contact us at connectanddo@polsia.app and we'll work it out. If we can't resolve it informally, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify active users via email. Continuing to use ConnectAndDo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
