Welcome to ConnectAndDo. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who Can Use ConnectAndDo

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• You may only create one account per person
• By using ConnectAndDo, you agree to our Privacy Policy

2. Acceptable Use

ConnectAndDo is a platform for genuine human connection through shared activities. When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users — in messages, during activities, or anywhere on the platform
• Create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity, age, or photos
• Spam or solicit — no commercial promotion, MLM pitches, or unsolicited advertising
• Share explicit content in messages or photos without consent
• Discriminate against others based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any protected characteristic
• Stalk, dox, or share another user's private information without consent
• Use the platform for illegal activity of any kind
• Create accounts for minors — all users must be 18+

We take safety seriously. Violating these rules will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

3. Your Content

You own your content. Photos, bio text, and messages you create belong to you. By uploading content to ConnectAndDo, you grant us a limited license to display it within the platform (your profile, matches' views, etc.).

We will never:

• Sell your photos or content to third parties
• Use your content in advertising without explicit permission
• Claim ownership of anything you create

When you delete your account, we remove your content within 30 days.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Receive multiple reports from other users
• Engage in behavior that threatens the safety of the community
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform

You can also delete your own account at any time by contacting us at connectanddo@polsia.app.

5. Service Availability

ConnectAndDo is currently in early access. This means:

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime — the platform may experience downtime for maintenance or updates
• Features may change, be added, or be removed as we iterate
• Matching availability depends on the number of active users in your city

We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise perfection at this stage.

6. Limitation of Liability

ConnectAndDo provides a platform for meeting people through activities. We are not responsible for:

• The behavior of other users during or after activities
• The quality, safety, or availability of any third-party activity venues
• Any physical injury, property damage, or emotional distress arising from in-person meetings
• Lost data due to technical issues (though we do our best to prevent this)

Use common sense and prioritize your personal safety. Meet in public places, tell a friend where you're going, and trust your instincts.

7. Payments and Fees

Creating an account and matching on ConnectAndDo is free. You are responsible for any costs related to the activities themselves (class fees, equipment rentals, etc.) which are paid directly to the activity provider.

8. Intellectual Property

The ConnectAndDo name, logo, design, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with ConnectAndDo, we'd prefer to resolve it directly. Contact us at connectanddo@polsia.app and we'll work it out. If we can't resolve it informally, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify active users via email. Continuing to use ConnectAndDo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
